New study reveals that jogging even 5 to 6 miles per week can significantly improve your health.

If you’ve avoided jogging as part of your fitness activity as you thought you needed to run high mileages to achieve health and weight loss results think again!!!

A new study revealed that even with this low level of weekly mileage, runners weighed less and had a lower risk of obesity than people who jogged fewer than five miles per week or not at all. In addition, these runners also were less likely to experience high blood pressure, cholesterol problems, diabetes, strokes, certain cancers and arthritis.

Running for 20 to 30 minutes twice per week could be the perfect addition to your fitness routine.
